Cloudy Days

You know this week needed such a lot of effort to get through. I've never been through a back-to-work period before and man-oh-man it was hard. And the heatwave has been blazin' hard too! But then yesterday we were blessed with the most amazing cool weather. And that was just the best end to my week. 

So when it's cloudy all I can think of is knits and socks! So then I thought of this pairing featuring this soft maxi that I recently got from MrPrice. This skirt is so versatile and can also be worn during hot days with a cute crop top. So this is how I would pair it for cloudy days.

Blue and Brown MisMatch

Hi everyone!

Shut down my blog last week because I needed to focus on looking for a job. And honestly - it was the best decision ever. Drawing up a schedule made me feel in control but last week I just couldn't stick to it and I'm terribly sorry for that.

But I'm here now and so excited to share this Sunday outfit!

To be honest I would have never put this together because I just always know that I wear pants with this blouse but decided to take a risk and this was the result!

Thrifted :: Colour Splash

I'm on a total roll today!!

So today I woke up feeling amazing! Had a 6hour test yesterday and I took a strong sleeping pill so I got about 10 hours of sleep! So when I went to get food earlier I felt the need to wear this amazing maxi dress my mom thrifted for me!! To make it clear, I DESPISED it at first, then one day I saw it amongst a box of my clothes my mom prepares annually to give to charity and it made me weep after I tried it on. Now its one of my favourite thrifted pieces!

Hope you like it! This top was also thrifted and literally like my head is too big for it!!!But once that messy part is done, this is the end result! I'll probably pair it with a maxi/midi skirt in future! Lemme know what you think?!

Winter weather but Warm Sunshine ~Pairing with Black Classic Skinnies!!

HeloOo again!

I always miss this blog when I'm away from it for more than a week!! My life has been so dramatic in the past month ...and to be honest -I don't see it slowing down in the next couple of months. So I've decided to embrace it with a new attitude!!

It's really true when they say beauty comes from within. Now..I truly believe that you really have to feel it from inside your heart. So as soon as I felt a little better I had this twist-style braid hairstyle done. To be honest- I'm not a big fan because they take forever and only last for as long as you can maintain them -which is a bad idea for me cause I'm a more on the go type of girl! So for the next month I'm going to try my best to keep them looking great!

Today I'm doing a pairing with my classic black skinny jeans that I bought at Fashion World a while back. The 1st look is actually a dress but I had it tucked in underneath the peplum top. I've worn it that way for an entire day so I will not embarrass you or make you feel burdened and then with the 2nd look I used a thrifted blouse that I absolutely luurve and bought for R15 last year!!
